We stayed here for 3 nights, it was fine. Met the host, who gave us good tips. The bed was comfortable, and had hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. Bathroom was fine with a bathtub. Location was ideal and nice, so close to the center of new town as well as Guggenheim, restaurants and shopping street.

I've stayed at this place before and it was fantastic as usual; the staff were attentive and excellent, and I appreciated their positive attitude, plus the location was convenient being only 15 km from the airport.

We had a perfect stay in Bilbao close to the Guggenheim and retail stores, a quiet neighbourhood and a 15-20 minute walk to the Old Town and Bilbao. It was incredible near the bus stop to the airport. Plus it was 10 minutes walk to Spa-Balneario Jardines de Albia.

The location is unbeatable near to metro, shopping and restaurants and sightseeing very close by, and the rooms are impressive. Its stuff are affable and attentive. Smooth check in. It has big bed and down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. Private bathroom, quiet atmosphere...

I loved the apartment even though some things didn't work.

The apartment had a great location, close to many attractions and easy to get around the city. the bed was comfortable and the room was well-maintained and clean. the balcony provided a nice view and fresh air.

The lack of amenities in the shower. We had to buy our own shampoo and other products because they were not provided.
